3. Payments & Refunds

• Membership fees and event tickets are billed through our third-party payment provider.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated for specific products or services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on SupHerHuman (including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, digital downloads, and branding) is the property of SupHerHuman and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

5. Community Conduct

By participating in our community spaces, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of others.
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or spam.
• Keep discussions professional and aligned with the mission of SupHerHuman.

We reserve the right to remove content or users that violate these principles.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through SupHerHuman® are non-refundable. By completing a transaction on our website, you acknowledge and agree that SupHerHuman® does not offer refunds for any products, services, or subscriptions.

By signing you are forfeiting the right to chargeback, dispute, or otherwise refund any charges.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for any unused time.

7. Membership Access

Your SupHerHuman™ VIP membership includes:

• Access to our private digital community space
• Bi-weekly coaching/mastermind calls

• Exclusive perks and early access to offers

Your access will begin immediately upon enrollment and will continue as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

8. Payments & Cancellations

• VIP Membership is billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected.
• All payments are automatically and non-refundable. We believe in full energetic commitment to the container. 
• You may cancel anytime. Your access will be removed after your billing period.

9. Community Conduct

We are here to rise together. As a member, you agree to:

• Show up with respect, integrity, and intention
• Honor confidentiality—what’s shared in the community stays in the community
• Avoid unsolicited pitching or sales unless permission is granted

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these principles without refund.

10. Use of Materials

All trainings, templates, and resources are for personal and business use only. They may not be copied, shared, or repurposed for resale or public distribution without written permission.

11. Communication & Support

• All official communication will be sent via email and/or through the SupHerHuman™ community platform.
• Support is available within the community or by contacting info@supherhuman.com. Please allow 48 business hours for a response.
